    Girls Night Out 2 117-001 - 117-028
    Verity:     Oh god, so that's why everyone was telling me not to drink so much! Ah well, I guess I only have myself to blame, how stupid of me to think that these incriminating pictures wouldn't make it public! It had been a long day and we (okay, mainly me) needed a few nice, long, stiff drinks. So there you go, that's what happens when you take an English girl to exotic resort area with bars...she spends all her free time in them. I'm surprised those clothes remained in such good condition that night, they'd been lent to me by Jamie (what was she thinking...white, c'mon!) because I had nothing good to wear. I also ended up running into an old friend of mine from school; he probably didn't think that photo would end up where it has! Jamie and I kept telling Vivian to let her hair down (like, actually untie it) and she eventually did. Yay! So there you go, that's what a silly bunch of drunk girls look like.


    Verity 117-029 - 117-039
    Verity:     It was one of our days off and all the others had decided to go skydiving but Nico, Nona and I went to a market and a reeeeeeeeally long drive to nowhere. Nico somehow ended up twisting her ankle so we ended up going to the hospital to get it checked out. It was taking for absolute ever so I decided to leave the girls and go and have some fun. I hate waiting in waiting rooms! So, all these pictures were taken outside the hospital. It wasn't really that busy but I had a few people come out of nowhere and take me by surprise a bit. I didn't really think they would end up in the backstage section; otherwise I would have taken better ones, or tried at least.


    Patima, Faye, Kyla 117-040 - 117-121
    Susie:     This was a fun shoot, but then again, most shoots involving three cool chicks usually are! The girls waded out in the tea-tree lake and stood there expectantly looking at us, waiting for direction. Abby must have yelled something like ‘FIGHT!’ because all of a sudden they just started beating the shit out of each other! Patima would rugby tackle Kyla, who’d jump back up and dunk Kaye, then Kaye would punch Patima and Patima would jump on Kyla’s back while she was trying to dunk Kaye. Confusing? Yep. Pretty darn hilarious? Yep! The funniest bit was when we needed to tell them something and we’d say “Ok, stop now’ and they’d either not hear or not care, and just keep on boxing! Ah, bless ‘em!

    Verity: We shot these 3 crazy Canadian chicks in a Tea Tree lake. We thought it was an undiscovered place but as soon as we started shooting gangs of people kept on arriving so we had to keep starting and stopping. Everyone seemed really interested, one man swam back and forth, and he was determined to get in the pictures. Faye borrowed my swimmers since she forgot hers. The resemblance was uncanny. After a lot of splashing around Abby tried to introduce a game but the girls didn't really get it. It really wasn't rocket science but for some reason the girls just couldn't do it. Susie came to the rescue and explained exactly what they were to do, and the show went on. At the end of the day, we were all tired, desperate to go home, except Patima couldn't find her glasses. So we searched high and low, and I was honestly thinking someone walking past had picked them up and taken them. I rewound the video to use it to check where she had put them and funnily enough they were there imbedded in the grass. Phew!

    Merryn 116-001 - 116-030
    Susie:     Merryn will never forgive us. She thought doing a shoot for abbywinters.com was gonna be a walk in the park. Not so much a walk in the cane fields! Not only had we driven around for nearly an hour trying to find this ‘awesome location’ that Abby had seen, it was pouring with rain! Poor Merryn. She was just so sweet and lovely, and we made her stand out there in the rain in those fields of sugar cane that were scratching her, then we got her to roll around on the muddy ground, and didn’t she look adorable? Doing roly-pollies around the field in the total nude, ah, it was fun and games! That is, until the farmer came. Abby pulled her best ‘oh, I didn’t know this was your land sir’ and I hid Merryn behind the reflector board while she struggled to pull her wet top back on. Needless to say, the farmer thought that having a naked Merryn in his cane was pretty darn cool, and so did we!

    Verity: Merryn had gone out with Abby and Suzie to do her stills shoot and then come back looking like she had been in a mud wrestling fight. So she showered off and then we set out again in the car. I didn’t know exactly where I was going but I had been assured that Merryn knew the way. Only she didn’t. I had been told the simple direction and Merryn was to know what the place looked like. But we had been driving for a while and I kept on asking her if she recognised things but she just said everything looked familiar. At the beginning Merryn was afraid people would see her but towards the end she was like ‘Hey, I can see people over there’ in a very excited tone. Goes to show how liberating getting naked can be!


    Portia 116-031 - 116-079
    Jamie:     Portia needn't have told me she was unbelievably nervous, it was pretty obvious. She told me that she had been thinking about doing the modelling for quite some time, but she didn't have the guts to call us (and she was 17 at the time). The other reason why she waited was because she still had braces on her teeth. (But we LOVE braces!) What a shame, she must have looked so cute. We chatted a lot before the shoot and it turns out Portia is originally English, but moved over here a while ago, so we got to compare views on both countries, which made Abby happy because she got to eat her lunch. Portia impressed me with her different impersonations and accents from various countries. By the time we got to the shoot we were extremely behind schedule but Abby had this great idea and we rushed to set it all up. Still a little nervous, Portia suggested we put on some music, so I went over to the hi-fi to see what was on the radio but Portia had already whipped out her own CD's...what a cunning young lady. Before we knew it she was shaking her bum, swinging her hips and bobbing along to some hip-hop music. A whole new Portia had come out to play and we liked her! There was a moment when she returned to the shy Portia, but it was just a little relapse and then she took her undies off and carried on dancing away. Phew!

    Verity: Portia is such a...pain in the arse. Ha ha not really, only joking! She's great and she's very musically talented. I'm sure you guys already know that by now, but what you don't know is that not only does the maestro play the flute but she also plays the guitar and sings. How's that for young talent eh? I wanted her to bring both instruments but she said she could only carry one, fair enough. I had told her to wear her red undies she wore for her photo shoot and she sent me a txt message saying she was going to be a bit late as she was waiting for them to dry on the heater. I think Portia was pretty nervous before her video, I think she was getting the same kinds of butterflies she does before performing, but she was trying to be a cool cat and act like she had everything under control. She did a pretty good job though and any of the butterflies she had soon went as she tip toed around in her cute dress.


    Marianne & Soleil 116-080 - 116-165
    Verity:     The intensity of this shoot came as quite a surprise to all of us. As I said before, they were both very touchy-feely people so I wasn't gob smacked when they started going down on each other but we thought they were just going to kiss! Usually it's the exact opposite, girls are nowhere near as passionate as we'd like them to be, but these two just blew our socks off! The look on Abby's face! I kept crawling around them taking backstage pictures and they were completely unaware of me. That's the first time Abby hasn't had to give the girls any direction, I've never seen her speechless before. Apart from when she first saw me of course, ha ha! Then for their video it's like they took the passion from their first shoot and tripled it, all I had to do was follow their lead. Jamie and I loved it, we couldn't stop laughing! I couldn't stop laughing at what they were saying to each other, some of it was seriously dirty!

    Seriya, Lazuli, Joan 115-001 - 115-81
    Jamie:     So at the end of a long day doing a round robin with these girls we got them all together for a shoot. We where a little nervous about getting them in the water because there where a few blue bottles around (and we all know what they can do) that really didn't stop these girls they wanted to get in the water and play around. Well sure guys go for it. They all got a bit rough and it was hard to settle them down after that. But they all did a good job.

    Verity: It had been a long day; early start, drive and trek to the beach, blistering heat...I was sure the girls would be drained for the last shoot. Gosh, was I wrong. Lazuli in particular, she couldn't keep her hands to herself! Joan and Seriya were a little more relaxed from sun bathing and eating muesli bars together. Lazuli was quick to stop the relaxing though; she was wrestling the others like she was on WWF. I was so engrossed with what was going on that I didn't see a wave come and...Woops! The camera got soaked and switched itself off. Uh oh, it had got a fair bit of sea water on it but it wasn't about to give up on us there and then. We finished the shoot just before it died on us. "Stop! Stop" we shouted but Lazuli wasn't listening to us, she was too busy head-dunking Joan and Joan was too busy being dunked underwater she couldn't hear us. Don't panic, they are all still alive!


    Mandy R 115-082 - 115-103
    Penny:     The first shoot I assisted Abby with was of Mandy. She went through what I imagine most of the models feel at the time. In the beginning she was pretty nervous, doing these cute little giggles. She had to go have a cigarette before we could get started. Then, once things got rolling, she had a ball. The sheer logistics of working with a beanbag was a hilarious ice-breaker. As you can see in the photos she was literally dancing in the street! Much to the amusement of some truckers down the road. And us of course. She was so lovely, offering to help us carry the gear. Who could ask for more?

    Verity: Mandy had me in fits of laughter from the very beginning to the very end of the video. I can't say exactly what it was she did that was so funny, it just was. Until we got to the more sexy explicit stuff, which I didn't even think she was going to do. But she must have had such a good time with Abby and Penny. The video seemed to go so quick with her, it felt like it was all over and done with in 20 mins. So instead of stopping there I decided to take Mandy out for a little play in the street and show the boys a good time. That probably woke up the old man who walked past - if not the whole block! Mandy and Abby have one thing in common; no it's not the fact they are two hot chicks, but their undying love for coca-cola (yes Abby I said COLA!). Mandy was skulling it out of a 1.5 litre bottle. No wonder she's so energetic. And for a little girl she sure can eat! One minute she was eating this great big sandwich and the next it was all gone. Where the hell does it all go is what I want to know. Lucky bitch!


    Bridget N 115 104 - 115-106
    Penny:     What a gorgeous girl! So chilled out and accommodating. Bridget is definitely one of the neatest people I have ever met. Her house was immaculate. She had managed to adjust as much asymmetrical décor as possible so that even fluorescent fluffy toys had their proper place. She was even smoothing out creases on the bed while we were shooting! It's definitely given me something to aspire to. She and her beautiful puppy dog, Honey, made a great couple. I love the sequence where she and Honey are wrestling over a pair of underwear. They were both so much fun. Bridget is really into yoga. It’s great to see models bring other elements to a shoot. She had us in stitches trying to balance one legged poses on her soft mattress.
    Verity: Penny had just started working with us, so her and Abby were nattering away about cameras and lighting on the way over, I tried to tune in but it was all stills talk and no video. Fine! When we arrived at Bridget's we were not only welcomed by a seriously, and I stress seriously, hot chick with THE biggest white pearly smile, clearest skin, sparkling eyes and AMAZING figure (got the picture yet?!) but she a cute little woof-woof dog that leap out at us and tried to lick us. Penny's right, they were adorable together. SO adorable that I had to let her stay and hang out with us in the video as well. I desperately wanted them to go outside and run around in Bridget's garden but unfortunately there were some workmen hanging around a little too near for both Bridget and I's liking (and Honey's!).

    Marianne 114-001 - 114-002
    Verity:     Turns out Marianne and Soleil both grew up not far from where I used to live in Montreal. I loved their accents, they sounded exactly like Celine Dion! It was fun chatting with them, I got to reminisce about good old times and practice my French. I'm sure I sounded pretty stupid with my English accent but I couldn't have cared less, I wanted to see how much French I had forgotten and how much I could actually remember. They didn't make too much fun of me so I took that as a compliment?!

    Lazuli 114-073 - 114-083
    Cass:     She's hot alright, but perhaps a little too hot to handle. Yup, Lazuli is a hot potato that likes to bake on the top rack of the oven. As delightful as she is to gaze upon you wouldn't want to climb into Lazuli's side of the bed at night unless you actually want her to pick you and dump you on the floor on YOUR side of the bed. But of course that's what we loved about her. A woman in control! Like all our wonderful models at AW.com Lazuli is another example of how unique all of our girls are. Just don't get too close to this one. She bites!

    Jamie: When Abby shot Lazuli she was just so active and kept on asking "Hey Abby, can I do this?" "How about this?" and Abby is all like "yeah sure" When it came for her to do the end shot with me, totally out of the blue she grabbed my hand and dragged me around the beach as fast as she could. I thought I was going to fall over *splat* on to the sand. Lazuli is a very bubbly girl.

    Verity: VLazuli walked in for her shoot dressed like she had just come back from a catwalk show in Milan, all glitzed up with her tailored coat and the latest hipster jeans from Levis. I think she might have forgotten that it was nude photography and not a fashion event! The girl couldn’t keep still; she just couldn’t stay in one spot for more than 10 seconds. I thought it was down to nerves at first but as the day went on it was apparent she was just a very energetic girl. When I started to feel tired she was still running around doing handstands and cartwheels. Once she got her clothes off she didn’t want to put them back on, she walked all the way from the beach back to the car with just a tiny pair of knickers on. Bless her.

    Verity:     Turns out Marianne and Soleil both grew up not far from where I used to live in Montreal. I loved their accents, they sounded exactly like Celine Dion! It was fun chatting with them, I got to reminisce about good old times and practice my French. I'm sure I sounded pretty stupid with my English accent but I couldn't have cared less, I wanted to see how much French I had forgotten and how much I could actually remember. They didn't make too much fun of me so I took that as a compliment?!


    Lazuli, Joan & Seriya 114-003 - 114-072 & 114-084 - 114-100
    Jamie:     So at the end of a long day doing a round robin with these girls we got them all together for a shoot. We where a little nervous about getting them in the water because there where a few blue bottles around (and we all know what they can do) that really didn't stop these girls they wanted to get in the water and play around. Well sure guys go for it. They all got a bit rough and it was hard to settle them down after that. But they all did a good job.

    Verity: It had been a long day; early start, drive and trek to the beach, blistering heat...I was sure the girls would be drained for the last shoot. Gosh, was I wrong. Lazuli in particular, she couldn't keep her hands to herself! Joan and Seriya were a little more relaxed from sun bathing and eating muesli bars together. Lazuli was quick to stop the relaxing though; she was wrestling the others like she was on WWF. I was so engrossed with what was going on that I didn't see a wave come and...Woops! The camera got soaked and switched itself off. Uh oh, it had got a fair bit of sea water on it but it wasn't about to give up on us there and then. We finished the shoot just before it died on us. "Stop! Stop" we shouted but Lazuli wasn't listening to us, she was too busy head-dunking Joan and Joan was too busy being dunked underwater she couldn't hear us. Don't panic, they are all still alive!


    Lazuli 114-073 - 114-083
    Cass:     She's hot alright, but perhaps a little too hot to handle. Yup, Lazuli is a hot potato that likes to bake on the top rack of the oven. As delightful as she is to gaze upon you wouldn't want to climb into Lazuli's side of the bed at night unless you actually want her to pick you and dump you on the floor on YOUR side of the bed. But of course that's what we loved about her. A woman in control! Like all our wonderful models at AW.com Lazuli is another example of how unique all of our girls are. Just don't get too close to this one. She bites!

    Jamie: When Abby shot Lazuli she was just so active and kept on asking "Hey Abby, can I do this?" "How about this?" and Abby is all like "yeah sure" When it came for her to do the end shot with me, totally out of the blue she grabbed my hand and dragged me around the beach as fast as she could. I thought I was going to fall over *splat* on to the sand. Lazuli is a very bubbly girl.

    Verity: VLazuli walked in for her shoot dressed like she had just come back from a catwalk show in Milan, all glitzed up with her tailored coat and the latest hipster jeans from Levis. I think she might have forgotten that it was nude photography and not a fashion event! The girl couldn’t keep still; she just couldn’t stay in one spot for more than 10 seconds. I thought it was down to nerves at first but as the day went on it was apparent she was just a very energetic girl. When I started to feel tired she was still running around doing handstands and cartwheels. Once she got her clothes off she didn’t want to put them back on, she walked all the way from the beach back to the car with just a tiny pair of knickers on. Bless her.
