We ask a security question when making a top-up (PPS-Wallet) or buying a scene (PPS-Direct), to ensure it's really you making the charge to your credit card. You got two questions wrong in a row, so our system thinks you might be a hacker! :o
To prove it really is you, you now need to re-add your credit card details at GMBill. It only takes a minute, and will ensure your account stays secure. More background info on this process in our FAQ.
That button will open GMB in a new tab. Log in at GMB with the same username and password you use to log in to abbywinters.com. It's pretty easy to see how to update your credit card details there, but GMB has a FAQ page with a step by step guide and images. So, go ahead and re-add your credit card details now - we'll wait. :)
Now your credit card details are updated at GMBill, click "Try again". You'll be asked a security question again, but if you get two-wrong-in-a-row again, you'll need to re-add your credit card at GMBill again.
