    4858 - 4869 Nina
    Jamie:     We shot in Nina's rickety old house - it was such a sty we decided to shoot outside in the back yard which was also a sty. Ellie the puppy was new to coming out on shoots and had loads of fun finding stuff to eat scattered about outside. Abby had the cool idea of setting up the hose to make an outdoor shower. I thought it was a great idea until Nina hugged me and got me all wet.


    4870 - 4886 Kerry K
    Jamie:     We were driving out to Kerry's, Abby, Elvaar and I. We were feeling rather pleased that the shoot was so close by. When we arrived in the street we started looking for the place "no.34 no.36 no. ... no. ... there is no number 38!" So we got out and started to walk around trying to find this place. I had to call Kerry up and ask her to come out side and get us.

    After 5 minutes of waiting I thought I should check the address. Oops - I meant the other side of Melbourne. So back in the car and another 30 minutes later we arrived at Kerry's house, finally.


    4887 - 4903 Lola
    Jamie:     Lola had a tendency to wear heaps of makeup and we really had to scrape it off for the shoot. I don't know why she wore so much, she had fantastic skin, as well as a fantastic personality.


    4904 - 4927 Vicky
    Jamie:     Vicky has the coolest house - it's huge and has had extension after extension added onto the back. When we were doing video, a housemate came home (as you may have seen). I had to grab the nearest thing, a hand towel, throw it at her and shuffle her off into the bathroom where she shivered while waiting for me to find the clothes which had been scattered around the house.


    4928 - 4942 Lucy H
    Jamie:     We shot Lucy at a beach in Melbourne and we were spotted by a bunch of 10yr old boys who thought this was the luckiest day in their lives! We know this because after the shoot they approached us and told us so. Thanks, kids.


    4943 - 5036 Bev and Marge
    Jamie:     Do you know how hard it is to get two girls to pee at the same time? Ok, so lets try off the end of the boat. No, can't do it. Ok, lets drink some more water or beer, whatever you prefer. Nope, still not coming - would it be easier to try in the shower? Nope, not that easy. How about on the toilet? Do try not to pee on Marge, Bev. Ok, good job Bev! Ummm Marge? Ok, so how about we pretend we are not even there. YAY! We got it. You guys better appreciate this.

    4750 - 4782 Elizabeth redux
    Abby:     How could we not get Elizabeth back? We shot this at Cass's home (golly that bed got a lot of use!), a perfect set for a perfect model.

    Abby:     Sorry, I have lost it. Obviously a good shoot, of a great model.


    4808 - 4817 Francis Deviations
    Cass:     Francis is a cool cat. A little far out, but in a good way. As young as she is, well 24, she's accomplished alot in her life. Her style of dress is a very arty indication of her personality. Fresh, cute, but kinda retro. When we shot her she cheerfully yabbled on about this and that, throwing in the odd joke to keep Abby chuckling. It's nice to get alternative style models in once in a while. You'd be surprised how many come in with exactly the same clothes as the model before. Variety is certainly the spice of life. Not that I need to tell you lot. That's why you're here.


    Jamie: I didn't go out on Francis's still shoot but when Vid dude and I came up with a brilliant idea of the cooking show Francis was the perfect contender. Francis lit up in front of the video camera and really enjoyed the acting. I don't think this video could of been done better by anyone else. Francis truly made that video from good to F**king fantastic.

    Abby:     check out her neighbours watching this shoot, in the background! She was keen to do a shoot in a public place when we asked her, but she kinda changed her mind when it came to crunch time. She keeps looking up at the balconies behind me, and Cass.

    Abby:     Joanne and I went out on this shoot. We found the perfect place to shoot her, and fell back on the trusty, "roll around a lot" approach. It worked this time...


    4846 - 4857 Meredith
    Abby:     Wow, I had forgotten about this shoot! Apart from the great model, that long grass looks great, I think we should do more shoots in this location (tho, it is the same place Jamie took Hannah for her video shoot, where they were accosted by a snake!).

    4650 - 4662 Kathleen D
    Jamie:     This was one of our first shoots in Abby's home in Melbourne. We played this Placebo CD which has now become tradition when shooting at Abby's house. I think Kathleen would have liked something a little heavier like "bloodduster". Well, she still managed to some headbanging.


    4663 - 4697 Six Girls
    Abby:     This groups of girls was from our third and final day of houseboat hire. Like all group shoots, it was a nightmare to organise around everyone's schedules, but Cass and Jamie did a great job. Cass was sick on the day of this shoot, so it was a real shame she did not get to come along to see the fruits of all her hard work.

    Jamie came along to participate, and ever-reliable Lizzie came along to help wrangle models and make lunch. Vid Dude also came along.

    We had plans for five or six different scenes to shoot, and we did not get thru them all. I shot a few pics of the girls wandering around the boat, when Jamie and Isabella decided it'd be a hoot to get into the tender. They did not really know what to do when they got there, so Jamie took her top off.

    When we reached a moderately secluded bay, we shot the getting-changed thing. Always hard to do with six models who keep blinking, looking at the camera, or falling over... With a flash that could not keep up, but it worked ok in the end.

    Then it was time for the pool-toy thing. This was lame and did not work as well as I had hoped, but when you get right down to it, like so many of our shoots, it's a bunch of pretty almost-naked girls together, and that has to be good. Poor Elizabeth almost drowned...

    Then, my best idea of the day (or so I thought), piggy-back fights! These are steeped in Australian culture. Unfortunately, I fucked this shoot up quite well, with the bright cloudy sky as the background. I should have moved out in the bay a little myself, and used the darker cliffs and trees as a background, so the models stand out more. Still, it worked ok, apart from Annabel getting a large cut on her from someone's nail. I forget where she got cut, perhaps you can find it?

    Jamie: it was quite a task being both a model and the liaison on this trip. I had to keep there sprits up and try and get them into place as well as do what Abby told us to do. Elizabeth's lips went blue and I had to keep her warm. Kate E's knees went while piggybacking me. Isabella kept stuffing up the video. It took us 6 goes to get us all saying "abbywinters dot com" at the same time. Abby could never get us all looking at the camera. 6 girls is a lot to handle at one time.

    Vid Dude: It's nice when I get to come out of the dark of the studio and into the bright sunlight of a shoot. In this case it was possibly the most difficult shoot we've ever been on with so many models to wrangle, and weather being such an important factor. Luckily, I was more of a tagalong than anything else, as the other shooting days of the solo models had taught everyone else how to handle things like the boat, the different locations on the shore, and the balance between shooting stills and video. Plus, we had a full day to come up with ideas on the fly.

    The main problem I found with my part of it all was having to negotiate around the stills shoot. Live sound was almost impossible because when it wasn't a cacophony of six models all trying to be heard over each other, it was the lapping of the waves, the noise of the boat, the click and flash of the stills camera, and then there were all the people that had to be kept out of shot.

    Surprisingly, even though I was surrounded by great scenery, beautiful naked girls, and mostly nice weather, it was actually getting to drive the boat a couple of times that was the most memorably fun part.


    4698 - 4708 Jeannie
    Abby:     Ex-AW model, Joanne came out on this shoot with me, as Jamie was off sick. Joanne was working for the ishotmyself project run from the same offce as us, so she was able to help us out. For some reason, this is another one of those shoots which I remember nothing else about...


    4709 - 4730 Annabel Redux
    Abby:     We shot this one on the sofa right after the one on the balcony at her new house (again, miles away from town). Not much else I can say about Annabel, she remains one of our most popular models.


    4731 - 4739 Katya
    Abby:     Katya could not speak English at all, apparently, so Jamie had to act out each pose. Nice eyes. How come I cannot remember anything more than that?


    4740 - 4749 Briana Redux
    Abby:     It was hard to top the mango shoot, and I don't think we did with this shoot either.

    4549 - 4556 Kasey
    Cass:     Before Kasey shot through, we did manage to get her back in for a redux shoot. That's why it all seemed so confusing that she never came that day, after visiting us twice. Very strange *strokes chin thoughtfully*. You have to admit, she has probably got the most amazing skin out of all our models. It's flawless. And she really is a total sweetheart, and was a lot of fun to hang with for an afternoon.


    4557 - 4566 Roberta (Mez)
    Cass:     We had loads of packing boxes in the studio on this day, and we couldn't shoot Roberta at home. So we made use of our orderly chaos here and did our shoot in our own back yard, which is something we haven't done for quite some time. Roberta was interviewed the previous year, so it was kind of embarrassing ringing her after all that time. Around 9 months later! However, she was very well mannered and was indeed quite excited about her shoot. I do believe that her nipples are twice as puffy as they were during her interview.

    But who's complaining?


    4567 - 4594 Claudette
    Jamie:     We drove for miles for this shoot on Claudette's word that she had this great location for a shoot and it was private. It was pretty cold and a bit rainy but Claudette pulled through. I spent most of this shoot throwing rocks into the water or finding cool stones. I found this awesome one which we later figured out was part of a tile. Anyway it still sits on my desk to this day. Aww.


    4595 - 4629 Kate E Redux
    Jamie:     As usual we rummaged though Kate E's clothes to see what we would like to shoot in. Most of Kate's clothes where either in the wash or dirty so we ended up borrowing some of her flat mates clothes. I don't think Kate ever told her flat mate that she rolled about the kitchen naked or that she peed in the sink.


    4630 - 4649 Lizzie R
    Jamie:     Lizzie had so many piercings in her ears and belly and nipples it took her 10 minutes to get them off. With a total of 15 holes. (Not counting our favorite orifices).

    This shoot was done at Abby's home. Lizzie had done modelling before and it was hard work to get her to relax and stop posing. Lizzie R is strangely flexible - she couldn't put her feet to her head (I showed her how and all) but she could do some weird contortions.
