    Fallon: I was left on my own for this one, and that would've been cool, but trying to get Pauline to do or say anything was quite a hard task! I think she was really nervous and just stiffened up, and really wasn't sure how to be in front of the camera, which is understandable. Because of this I ended up focusing all of my energy on direction, and I think the lighting side of things went down the drain a bit... probably not the best video ever, so I'm not too proud of myself with this one.

    Penny: Ohh! What an exciting day. This was my first day supervising Diana shooting stills. It was so cool trying to help her understand the same concepts that I myself was struggling with just over a year ago. Pauline was very patient with us while we discussed possible lighting scenarios. Also, she was cool with Susie, Fallon and Cassy turning up to set up video in the middle of her shoot. AND she laughed at my jokes. That's two gold stars.


    Alberta 171-008 - 171-032
    Fallon: Well today I had the pleasure of working with the infamous Miss Abby herself! It was the first time I had shot with her and it proved to be quite an educational video, both with the techy camera stuff but also because I learned quite a bit about jelly wrestling from our gorgeous model, who is quite the pro it would seem. I had such a good time wrestling with her that I ended up giving her my number so she could get me a job!!

    Abby: This was another training shoot. I shot the stills while Jo observed, and then Fallon came in and we shot the video while again Jo observed. A pretty successful shoot, but very exhausting!

    Jo: Alberta was a super interesting model, it was fun working on this shoot, even though it's clear that Abby has high expectations and demands when she shoots herself.     Nico: Experimental lighting today folks. I was feeling quite confident and decided to step out of the "safe zone". I really wish we would get more through our door. Eryn's a Kiwi.     Fallon: At first Tanja looked a little nervous and was pretty quiet, and I was sure she was going to be like "Actually... sorry guys but I don't think I can go through with this..." but no, the lady impressed me immensely. It was my aim to make this video as quick as possible, coz my video's have been going on a bit too long, and I felt like I did pretty well in this one.     Nico: What a trooper Rosita was. As soon as that sun would disappear behind the clouds it was freezing. May have had to do with the fact that it is the middle of winter here in Melbourne. I love it when models do that..."So I think it would look good if I pull my top off down my body as opposed to over my head...what do you think...?" "It sure would Rosita!"

    Fallon: This girl is a champ! It was pretty cold outside today so I had her running around doing heaps of exercise to stay warm... we can't have our models freezing to death can we? She even did a spontaneous exercise mini video, a la Jane Fonda... I had a great time with this video, I hope it turns out well, being the first time I've shot outside I really don't know what to expect...

    Susie: You know those days when it looks all sunny and lovely outside and you put on your shorts and then you walk outside and go "ARGH!!" cos its actually pretty nippy? Well, that was today. We kinda tricked Rosita into doing her shoot outside by saying in the car "But look how beautiful it is out there!" hehehe, and she believed us!

    Matilda: The eighties, how could this shoot not be hilarious... we were a little apprehensive when we got there and a couple of the girls were hung over but after we shot Leah solo they felt better so we went ahead with the shoot. The thing i really liked about this is it was essentially the girls idea, and they DO have eighties sunday most weeks apparently, so they were really excited about it too, which always helps. The girls all were really natural doing each others make up and stuff which I found kinda funny because them being natural is them dicking around like this and doing make up and talking about boys. Goddamn I love tarts sometimes. But hey, there was four girls naked and stuffing around in their natural habitat which is great. Brooke stated sudden concern about why Chelsea likes to sleep in her bed so much after chelsea was always the first to jump at tasks such as teasing her pubic hair or pulling her outfit on. All chelsea wants to do is rock apparently. And that the girls did, drinking champagne, getting naked and dancing to Thin Lizzy and Twisted Sister...yes they really did RAWK. (you know like rock but with a southern drawl or something....)

Nico and I wanted to shoot a Tier 1 with these four close friends, and they usually spend their Sundays getting dressed up in 80's gear and drinking Jagermeister. "There's a shoot in that!" says Nico. So, we rocked up with some pretty swizzle sticks and umbrellas (sorry girls, no Jagermeister for you today!) and let them do their thing. Hilarious. They did the 80's like the 80's never did!

    Glam me up. Make my hair look big. Dress me in colourful frills. Drag along some huge bulky synthesizers with loads of buttons and those hexagonal-shaped electronic drum pads.     Nico: Today is Olivia's birthday. What a great way to celebrate another year in your life...having sex. She is planning on having a big night out on the town and thanks to us she'll have a few extra dollars to throw around on drinks. We exchanged phone numbers so hopefully we'll meet up at some point in the evening. Usually I'm not so keen on hanging out with the models outside work, but Olivia is definitely an exception.

    Alex T 169-009 - 169-012
    Susie: Alex! Alex! Alex! Sorry, just getting excited again about the fact that I can spend my days shooting cool models like Alex. She's awesome, so pretty and she has red pubes. What could possibly be wrong with this picture? Nothing I tell ya, nothing. She's a top chick, and I have the feeling there'll be plenty more Alex to come on aw.com. Lucky us!


    Merinda 169-013 - 169-020
    Nico: Merinda was so nervous going into the shoot...practically shaking. I always find this amusing. Feel like saying to them with a raspy voice and cigarette hanging from my mouth "Listen honey, I've seen it all...now take it off". But for some reason I don't think that would ease their nerves the slightest bit.

    Diana: Hello, she was so hot. And sexy.

    Fallon: Merinda did an excellent job, considering how nervous she was! And I was nervous too so it must've been quite amusing for Susie who got to sit back and watch the whole thing unfold... It was kinda hard for me to get her to do any activity type stuff and it tooks heaps of encouragement to get her moving but once she did it was awesome! She is one sexy mama...

    Susie: Harriet is still my favourite, and Gilian is the most fun model in the history of the world, but wow...how sexy is Merinda? When Abby saw her test shots she screamed "GET THAT MODEL IN FOR A SHOOT! NOW!" so, we did. And I am glad, she's amazingly sexy and I just got to sit back and watch. Oh, sometimes I really do love my job! Fallon did a sterling job of capturing the beauty of our long-haired lady (admittedly, it woulda been hard to make her look anything but stunning!) and I think they both had a good time. I certainly had a good time watching. Err, I mean supervising Fallon. Mind on the job, Susie, mind on the job.


    Hollie 169-021 - 169-035
    Nico: I have the same gloves/mittens that Hollie is wearing in the shoot and they are my favourite things in the world so I made sure they were a highlight in the shoot. And for the record she was wearing that exact outfit today so them matching her undies was not contrived one bit. How good is that. Hollie really loves animals and especially cats. She told us that when she first got her license everytime she drove by a furry creature on the side of the road she would pull over and pet it. How sweet is that!

    Diana : We have such beautiful shots of her and the kitty. Such a gentle soul you are Hollie.

    Fallon: This is just my kinda chick. Really hippy, down to earth, natural. I could tell she was a bit nervous for the video, poor thing, it's always hard when its your first time. And as a result of that she wasn't very responsive to my questions at first, but she did warm up a bit towards the end. I had to keep stopping though, and running out of the room to blow my nose! AAARGH!!! I reckon we make a rule... no shooting in houses with cats ANYMORE!

    Susie: Susie likes cats, but is also really allergic to them. When Susie used to shoot with Penny alla time, they went to shoot at houses that have cats, and neither could breath and would spend the day spluttering and carrying on (dripping snot on the camera etc!) and that was bad. Then, Christiana came up with the brilliant plan to keep some antihistemine tablets in the front pocket of the shoot bags so that poor Penny and Susie didn't snot on the models. Today Susie found out that Fallon is allergic too! Oh no! Lucky for Fallon that Christiana is the brains of this operation...

    Nico: I can't take any credit for this one as the lovely Diana shot is 99.9% all by herself. I just sat in the corner and made sure she didn't bump the exposure every so often...'you still on 5.0?' She is coming along quite well and even the model thought so. Sylvie couldn't believe that she had only been at it for a couple weeks.

    Fallon: My aim for this video was to make Sylvie do as much moving around as possible - and did I ever! The whole video is pretty much activities. Poor girl thought she was coming along to do nude modelling, not nude gymnastics! Ha! We had a great time though, while Susie did Penny's dishes as quietly as possible. Every girl needs a friend like Susie.

    Susie: Sylvie was bought to us here at awhq by our very own Val! She had befriended her at the cafe she works at and smoothly suggested she pop in and have an interview. That was a few months ago now, and we finally got the lovely lass back in for some work! Nico and Diana ended up shooting two stills sets with her before Fallon and I came along to do her video. Well, I didn't actually aid in the video so much...there were dishes to be done! Bloody Penny and her inability to keep things clean!

    Diana: Yes, i must admit, no holding me back. I will always have vivid memories of this shoot.. The leggings, Sylvie's smile.. the ice pack when my arms hurt. Guys, the camera feels like 20kg. Great shoot though. Thanks for the heads up Nico

    Nico: Woohoo got to do video again today. What a pleasant surprise that was. Made up for having to shoot on a Saturday. Another little surprise were the wandering hands in the video. I noticed that things with them were getting pretty hot and heavy and had a feeling that it was going to happen. The best part of the whole shoot was the fact that the two girls had gone to high school together. How funny is that!?

    Susie: How awesome is this shoot?! Nico and I had an absolute blast today watching the ladies rock out. Janelle was in charge of the drums and our dear Julia took over the tamborine. I definitely think we should do more musically themed shoots, this was great and the girls had a ball. As soon as they met they realised that they had gone to school together...weird! But apparently they both felt better even knowing the other just a tiny bit.

    Carla & Kirra 168-001 - 168-025
    Nico: How good is Kirra's shirt! Well actually it was Carla's. When she took out all of her clothes I saw the red top and went, yep were using that, it's too cute. But then when she went to undress she had the aussie girl t-shirt on and I thought the same thing. I really want to get one, even if I'm not a true blue aussie. Oh well, I just won't open my mouth when I wear it or just start practicing my accent a bit more.

    Susie: It is always nice having Carla around, she just doesn't stop smiling at you! She was busy telling us all about her recent Hawaiian wedding to her long-term girlfriend, which sounds all very romantic I must say. I would love to see some photos! She got along really well with Kirra, who is a little quieter but still a happy model. The shoot was a little subdued than what we have been shooting lately...maybe Kirra just needs some more practice!

    Jamie: So Abby had dissapeared and I was left all alone shooting Joan when she really needed to pee. I tried to call Abby but she was off some place where there was no signal so I had to set up everything and give it a bash. And the flash didn't go off enough times and so we tried again and the same thing happened then Joan got bitten by an ant on the bum again.

    Verity: More of Joan this time rolling around on a bed looking saucy with pink shorts and pink undies and some pink bits. Lots of pink in this set and some yellow to boot. Yes that means Pee but only a little bit in weird fragments because the flash couldn't keep up with Joan's rolling laughter.

    Cass: Joan's Professional blind repairs.Having trouble with those bedroom blinds? Can’t seem to make both sides ride up at once. Relax! Just called 1800 blind gal and Joan will sort out all you problems.


    Anne B & Eva T 168-057 - 168-080
    Nico: This was Eva's first girl girl shoot and boy was she nervous. I think she had a hard time with us not giving her any direction like we do in the solo sets. She kept stopping and asking 'what next?'....'you keep making out with the hot chick lying next to you that's what's next!' In the end she did do a great job and got into it. Shooting newbies is always fun, but even more so, hard work.

    Susie: Poor Eva was pretty nervous, but I think she kinda got used to it all towards the end. Anne helped her out a little bit, but seemed nervous also! Although this was her second girl-girl shoot, the first was with her friend Alana, and it's usually a little easier when you already know the other model. Both the girls were looking awesome as usual, and as I type they are downstairs posting on the boards - Valerie is gunna be stoked!

    Fallon: I had a great time with Belinda, I thought she was just lovely and fun. She was really responsive, keen to do anything I asked her to do and quite happy to make a dick of herself in front of the camera. Good sense of humour that one! By the end of the shoot though my hay fever got sooo bad I had to let Susie take over while I sat in the kitchen snivelling and wiping my nose. Ohhh, poor me :)

    Nico: Right at the end of the shoot while I was setting up for dressing room a swarm of kids came running up beside the house. Belinda immediately jumped off the couch onto the ground and made a mas dash for her clothes. The good thing about it was they were all only between 2 and 5 so they weren't quite tall enough to peer their little heads into the window. It didn't seem quite right pretending to perve on a girl getting dressed whilst taking photos with the sound of children playing in the background so we went ahead and skiped it this time.

    Diana: I am not one for felines so the little cat (Bubble Cat) that was present drove me to drink! I don't even favour the rubbing. I was precent purely to display my talent of taking nude photos with the model leaning on her head for some time. Nico said i did a good job. Hopefully. And now for my presentation... what a great way to learn the challenges of shooting (Just whip me into the deep end why dont you!) Splendid!

    Susie: We have been trying to get Belinda in for a shoot for about three years, and it finally happened! She had come in for an interview AGES ago (was interviewed by Jamie, in fact!) and then we lost contact with her. She recently saw our ad again and thought "Why not?!" And we are glad she did. Belinda really got into the shoot, and was so excited to be there, then when we gave her the dildo drive toy she was stoked! She couldn't believe it was hers to keep, so during her video she puts a call out to all the members to keep 'em coming!


    Carlie 168-106 - 168-119
    Nico: The whole shoot Carlie kept talking about how hungry she was. With every direction I gave her she somehow incorporated food into. For example, when I told her to smile she yelled "breakfast, breakfast!" I know sounds strange...it was.

    Fallon: Carlie was an interesting model to shoot, especially for my first time, I actually found it quite difficult! But maybe it was my lack of experience? I kept having to look at Susie and hiss “What do I do now?” But, awesome ballet, and that French accent and language? OH MY GOD, toooooo hot!

    Diana: Goodness, you know when your tummy speaks your brain listens. Good, but sometimes distracting. Carlie wore such a pretty white dress . I wander how these models can be so flexible.. especially after a flight...mmm.. practice makes perfect. “Felicitation Carlie, good shoot”

    Susie: Heh. Nothing like throwin' em in at the deep end eh? It was interesting watching Fallon try and work out what to do on this shoot, it was her first time directing. Like Anneke and Matilda before her, she kept asking me for help, and I kept saying "No!" She needed to work it out for herself. Towards the end I decided to throw her a couple of life-lines, but on the whole I think she did pretty good, yes?
